Many visitors come to socialize and enjoy the colorful flowers, unique fountains, and numerous cafés and shops that are found here. Additional attractions include the Saint Charles Cathedral, which was built during the 1920s but was never completed due to lack of funds. A Prefecture dating to 1901 contains a collection of sculptures for the public to view.
