10. Restaurant La Rissolee

This is a clever little restaurant that stands apart from the crowd thanks to its Belgian specialties and its unique personality. The menu is printed on old album sleeves featuring the Belgian character Tintin. French fry lovers should not miss the excellent mounds of rissolées (sautéed potatoes).
