8. Lumpys

UNIVERSITY OF UTAH.   A friendly neighborhood pub that gets packed whenever there's a big match-up on the tube, Lumpys is a favorite with the red-and-white-clad U of U crowd. During the campus's big sporting events, it's not uncommon to see a bus shuttling people between Lumpys and campus. On Tuesday, which is karaoke night, the party tends to get a little wild. A popular lunchtime destination as well, Lumpys offers a variety of homemade treats, including a chicken pot pie that will make you forget to go back to work.
