EMIGRATION CANYON.   Located in a renovated 1930s trolley car that's been situated to provide great mountain views, Ruth's Diner serves all your favorite breakfast dishes, from sausage and pancakes to huevos rancheros. The popular eatery has gained quite a substantial reputation for its morning fare over the years, and even better, breakfast is served all day, every day. Great breakfasts. Not you typical Salt Lake City atmosphere. Excellent place for more liberal out-of-towners.
