1. Blue Iguana

I was skeptical to eat here at first b/c i lived in texas for 10 years and new mexico for 3. but, i have to admit, this is some of the best tasting mexican food i've had in a while. I'm a fan of soups and sauces and i like to think of myself as a salsa connoisseur. the salsa is made fresh but a little watered down for my taste. however, the mole sauces are just great...very different than what you'd expect. for the price, quality, and quantity of food, you can't beat it. would recommend!
