DOWNTOWN.   This fun restaurant (the toy train and jukebox still work and, yes, the Taco Lady is made of papier-mâché!) is a terrific place to stop before a sporting event or concert – or afterwards, for that matter. The Rio Grande boasts all sorts of cures for the munchies: the always-popular Rio Grande taco, the Santa Fe enchilada, and the "grande-sized" super burrito.
