WEST VALLEY CITY.   A popular after-work hangout, this private club features classic Western fare and rustic, lodge-like atmosphere. A cafe serves delicious breakfasts each day, and the restaurant features grilled chicken, steak, and fish options (each one is accompanied by a large baked potato and side salad). The club becomes quite an Old West disco, as 30- and 40-something patrons dance to Top 40 and disco tunes. Indeed, this isn't your father's private club. If dancing isn't your thing, mosey over to the bar, order your favorite poison, and watch the game on the tube.
