This gothic church was completed in 1512, and was further expanded in 1749. Heavily damaged by a town fire in 1818, the church has since undergone numerous renovation projects, most recently in 1996. The cemetery is the burial site for the Mozart family, Wolf Dietrich, and noted physician Theophratus Paracelsus.
