Just standing outside to watch the crowd try to get into this hot spot is worth the visit. With loud music and big bouncers working the door, Segabar may sound like a video arcade, but it's not. The interior is dark and showcases neon lights. The crowd is hip and young. And the live musical acts are spectacular.   (© 10Best)
