SAN ANTONIO.   Renowned celebrity chef and cookbook author Mark Miller brings his culinary influence to this restaurant in the Texas Hill Country. The contemporary Southwestern menu gains inspiration from Creole, Tex-Mex, and Nuevo Latino cuisines.
