There is no excuse for slow service, or for being chronically understaffed. What is it about Andrew Weissman lovers--are they all masochists? We hungry travelers were forced to eat crackers in the forty or so minutes it took for them to properly seat us. Then came a dribble of courses, including the too-sweet "lobster bisque" broth. Bottom line: Fine dining--even casual fine dining, which is exactly what this place is--should always include good service.

Excellent food, fun atmosphere.
