10. Twin Sisters Bakery + Cafe

OK -- you've got the location, the name, the ambiance - - so what gives? I've tried 3x to be impressed by what should be a natural winner, but each time I've been left with a feeling that the real chef is off for the day, the wait staff is from the "Temp" help section of the newspaper, and the facade is just left over from when this place served good food with a cool staff. Sorry, I wanted it to be different, but I just have to politely "push the plate away".
