SAN ANTONIO.   Yes, it is safe to enter! Liberty Bar is famous for its quirky appearance – even if it seems ready to topple over. The old building is fully restored; within its hallowed walls, you can partake of fabulous food in a festive atmosphere. Old-fashioned pot roast and daily specials earn high praise from locals, as do salads, sandwiches, pastas, and mesquite-grilled meat dishes. Being a West Hollywood, CA native, your food is exquisite - especially when Montana or Devil Boy were my food servers -- they both made dining at Liberty Bar a special experience. I especially love the Chicken in Hoja Santa Leaves - yummy!

After 5 years living in San Antonio, Liberty Bars continues to be our favorite restaurant in town. Consistently creative and delicious specials keep it fresh for us!
