7. Rosario's

Great service and great food! Rosario's was recommended to me by a friend who knows food in San Antonio. We had lunch there on our last day and LOVED it! It looks like they might have live music there and they have a bar with plenty of TVs to watch the game. The food is probably a little on the Tex-Mex side, but they use fine ingredients and their menu has a number of great options. My husband and I like the platters for two selection they had, but ordered "favorites" dishes instead. They have something for everyone here! Over all, they have friendly servers, great food at great prices. Skip those Mexican food restaurants on the river walk (too pricey!) and check out Rosario's!

Loved the murals on the walls as much as the margaritas---the food is wonderful---it was recommended to us by a "local" and he was certainly right about it being the best Mexican food in town.

The atmosphere was great and so was the food. If we are ever back in San Antonio, Rosario's will be a definite stop.
