RANCHO CUCAMONGA.   Traditional American eats are this roadside eatery's forte. They include short stacks of pancakes, powdered French toast smothered in maple syrup, hearty omelets (the menu features almost a dozen varieties), corned beef hash, BLT and club sandwiches, cheeseburgers, and homemade soups. The setting, while comfortable and friendly, doesn't use flashy décor to distract diners – at BC, they let the food take center stage. Sadly, if you're hoping to have dinner here, you'd better reconsider: BC is open for breakfast and lunch only.   (© 10Best)
