8. Sayaka Japanese Restaurant

Appreciated the services of the dining room especiallythose of the waitress

The service is always delightful and traditionally polite. Minako San (Minnie) is both generous and friendly to a fault. The raw foods (fish & veggies) are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the presentations beautiful. The menu addresses everyone's preferences and can be take out as well. I prefer koto and sakahachi music but the ambiance allows me to tolerate jazz too. Most of the customers are regulars and I see new customers become regulars ever day. All in all, Sayaka's is the best Japanese Restaurant I've ever experienced, and I've been all over the world. I pray every day for Sayaka's continued success.
