RANCHO CUCAMONGA.   Without doubt, this locally-owned Franco-Italian restaurant enjoys a fine reputation with the Inland Empire's most discerning diners. The menu highlights cuisine characteristic of the French and Italian Rivieras, and Le Bellissimo makes terrific use of its SoCal location to acquire the best fruits, vegetables, and seasonings. The results are nothing short of magical, as seen in dishes like pasta al pesto with fresh garlic and basil, steaks with green pepper sauce and stuffed Provençale tomato, and sautéed filet of salmon with tomato-butter sauce. Reservations are encouraged.   (© 10Best)

Although from the outside, it just looks like another shop, once you walk in... the ambiance takes you away to warmth and intimacy. Saturday night, along with the live sax playing, the mood was right and food was excellent. We started off with the salmon rolls, which basically melted in my mouth. Then with the suggestions made by the friendly waitress, the Chilean sea bass and the pasta of the sea was EXCELLENT! No other word can describe it. Both dishes were overflowing with flavor, seducing you to have more. Top it off, we shared a napolean, made by no other than Chef Christophe! Excellent!
