ONTARIO.   Bringing one of the City of Brotherly Love's most famous contributions to the Inland Empire (well, aside from the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution), Philly's Best is a big city-style sandwich shop. Specialties include classic hoagies and Philly cheese steaks smothered with grilled onions and peppers, sautéed mushrooms, and sliced provolone cheese. Step inside, and you'll notice that the decor is unmistakably Philly.
