MISSION VALLEY.   A friendly Irish pub tucked away in an unimpressive Clairemont strip mall, Blarney Stone schedules live music just about every night of the week. Of course, there are Celtic bands, fiddlers and Irish folk singers, but you can also catch some local rock bands. The ubiquitous big screen TV is usually tuned to football or rugby.
