Executive Chef William Bradley and his team prepare elegantly simple dishes that delight critics and foodies alike: Beautiful plates of scallops with watercress, golden caviar and lemongrass emulsion; painterly presentations of foie gras with puy lentils and bacon mousseline; gorgeous constructions of lamb persillé with pistachio pâte brisée. One glance at the wine list will leave you with no doubt that Addison's Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence is unquestionably warranted.
