DEL MAR.   For the Grand Del Mar Resort, and its restaurant Addison, opulence is almost an understatement. And the food does not disappoint. Executive Chef William Bradley and his team prepare elegantly simple dishes that delight critics and foodies alike: Beautiful plates of scallops with watercress, golden caviar and lemongrass emulsion; painterly presentations of foie gras with puy lentils and bacon mousseline; gorgeous constructions of lamb persillé with pistachio pâte brisée.
