Executive Chef William Bradley and his team prepare elegantly simple dishes that delight critics and foodies alike: Beautiful plates of scallops with watercress, golden caviar and lemongrass emulsion; painterly presentations of foie gras with puy lentils and bacon mousseline; gorgeous constructions of lamb persillé with pistachio pâte brisée.
