5. Lou & Mickey's at the Gaslamp

GASLAMP QUARTER.   Definitely one of San Diego's standout restaurants, this steak and seafood house draws rave reviews from regulars and visitors alike. Unwind with a cocktail amidst gleaming hardwoods and mosaics that lend a 1940s era feel, and be treated like part of the upper crust of society by courteous staff all while awaiting something exceptional from the kitchen.
