8. Gary's Studio

I tried to exchange a shirt that (in my opinion) had a defect. I was doing this on behalf of a good customer of mine, who is also a good customer of Gary's Studio. Instead of simply telling me no, or referring me to the manufacturer, the salesman laughed at and ridiculed me and started a loud argument. "Why is it my fault?", he shouted. I've never been treated with such arrogance and condescension by a salesperson in my life. Perhaps it is just one salesperson, but I can't recommend this store if they won't stand behind their products or simply refer me to the manufacturer if there is a problem they do not want to deal with.

Excellent quality. Little pricy but, you pay for what you get.
