10. Wahrenbrock's Book House

GASLAMP QUARTER.   In operation since 1935, Wahrenbrock’s is the city’s oldest (and largest) bookstore. Spread out over three stories is a vast collection of mostly used books on every conceivable subject. There are a few new titles as well, and a great selection of travel books, Californiana, and San Diego/SoCal history and culture. Collectors can find pristine first editions, rare and antiquarian books; the rest of us will be more than pleased with the “regular” stuff!   (© 10Best)
