While they have a wonderful selection and prices their customer service and follow-up is pathetic. Whether parts are missing, item is defective when it is delivered or you need help setting up (in this case a fountain) you are on your own. Yes-all those things happened in one transaction. Take it out yourself and make sure there is nothing wrong. Very frustrating purchase and still not fixed and it it took 2 weeks to have it delivered.

Were not helpful at all in helping us find more items that were similiar to our previous order. They wouldn't even take the time to talk to us. I wouldn't suggest going there.
