Thep Phanom is probably the best Thai restaurant in San Francisco. The decor is charming, the food is out of this world, the service is friendly, and the place is ALWAYS packed. There is a small bar area to enjoy a glass of wine while you wait for a table. The wait is well worth it!!! PLEASE NOTE, the restaurant is located in the Lower Haight district of San Francisco......NOT in Potrero Hill ! Enjoy!
