4. Great Eastern

Quality of food was excellent. It's just a nice walk away from the hotel - down California, left on Grant Street, then right on Jackson. More attentiveness to the decor and washrooms would be nice. Portions were average, although the ingredients used were of higher quality than most Chinese restaurants my wife and I have experienced. Service was average. It seems like they have a pretty good reputation. It was almost full when we left around 10 PM, so it must be one of San Francisco's preferred destinations.
