8. Jardinière

We visited Jardiniere this past Friday night on the recommendation for from several sites. The restaurant was booked until 10pm, but we tried our AMEX Platinum concierge and they scored us 7:30pm reservations. It is an upscale restauarant where most of the men wore a coat and the ladies wore dresses. There was a mixed crowd, of couples and friends of all ages and seemed to be a good place to people watch. The music was very nice and reminded me of the good 'ol days of swanky bands. I ordered the duck and my wife had the halibut. Our server was John and he was absolutely the best host we have ever had. I highly recommend this place. With an appetizer, our entrees, and a half bottle of wine, our bill came in around $150 before tip.

I attended Jardiniere for my 18th Birthday party in Feb. of 2003. It was an unforgettable night, the staff, as well as the food made it even more wonderful...thank you!

An incredible dining experience - the food is amazing and service superb. You will not be disappointed. We eloped to San Francisco and will forever remember the wonderful wedding feast we enjoyed at Jardiniere.
