COLE VALLEY.   Although it's a small place, and waits are inevitable, this Japanese restaurant creates some of the city's best sushi. The quality of food is impeccable, and the friendly waitstaff are happy to explain the menu's offerings. Cooked dishes are available, but the sushi is so spectacular that folks rarely get to them. Great quality with great service The quality of the fish and ingredients are impeccable. The skills level of the senior sushi chef with over 25 years straight from Japan can not be compared with other average Japanese establishments. Even the tourists from Japan are impressed with the skill and quality of the fish.
