10. Sushi Ran

The sushi is great, but what sets this restaurant apart from the many Japanese restaurants in the area is the excellent hot line. The dishes off the hot line may not be authentic, but they are well thought out, and well executed. The food is worth a visit every time I am in the area, but the wine list makes this a must visit for anyone heading into wine country. As a wine professional, Sushi Ran has a host of wines I would love to have for my restaurant, and they sell them at prices that if they double would still be fair.
