Amberjack Sushi, the latest addition to the Noe Valley restaurant scene, serves artfully prepared sushi and sashimi as well as delicious Japanese lunch and dinner. Amberjack Sushi offers a tastefully decorated modern dining room and the chefs take special pride in making your food a work of art. Located on Church Street and 27th, easily accessed by the J Church Muni Line.

I came across this place while working in San Francisco. They treat you like family. The owner/cook will come out and talk to you, ask how the food is. Not just ask about the food, really talk with you. Because of this I came back many, many times.
