ISLA VERDE.   The fabled Palm makes its home amid the real palm trees surrounding the elegant El San Juan Hotel & Casino. Well-known for huge portions of Italian dishes, steaks and seafood served up on white linen tablecloths glowingly adorned with fine china and crystal.
