7. Ramiro's

CONDADO.   Castillian meets Creole under the creative direction of owner and Chef Ramiro. The careful and artistic presentation makes the dishes as much a pleasure to see as to eat. But eat you must, if only to delight in the successful combinations of grilled meats and fish infused with island spices. You'll find sea bass tartly seasoned with citrus and lamb's dusky flavors tempered by the sweetness of guava sauce.
