SANTURCE.   In the post-modern monolith that is the Museum of Art, the fusion of Puerto Rican, Cajun, Spanish, Indian and African influences at this New York-style bistro create a rich palette of beautifully prepared, tasty dishes in true Creole fashion. It's a favorite of local critics, possibly because the menu changes at the whim of award-winning chef Wilo Benet, who can move from tostones stuffed with oven-dried tomatoes to crab stew, creating new trends all the while.   (© 10Best)

This restaurant is the one and only that year after year offers the best fine dining experience at a good price. I have been following it since it first opened the doors in 1990. From there on the climbing in the experience, makes me feel like it is the place were I am really looking forward for my next visit just right after I am ready to pay my bill.
