SANTA BARBARA.   A State Street location and a terrific patio with views of the mountains give folks much to celebrate at this Southwestern-themed bar and restaurant. Food ranges from ribs to fajitas to grilled seafood, but patrons especially love the tasty margaritas. Approximately 150 kinds of tequila are stocked, and the bar grows busier as the night wears on. With the abundance of alcohol, folks feel no pain, and the social aspect of the place rises exponentially until close. A fun, vibrant place to hang out in downtown.   (© 10Best)
