SANTA BARBARA.   One look inside, and you'll know that O'Malley's is serious about sports. That's just fine with the clientele, who are largely college students looking for a fun evening out. This downtown venue is a great gathering spot for twenty-somethings who want to partake of alcohol, socialize, and catch the score of the big game on an overhead TV.
