SANTA BARBARA.   Good times constantly roll at this Cajun-Creole restaurant, long considered one of the city's favorite places for great food and boisterous times. The menu offers a wealth of authentic dishes, from crawfish etouffee to Louisiana soft-shelled crabs, blackened filet mignon, and paneed veal Acadiana (served with crawfish tails and oyster-sherry-cream sauce). Desserts are a Southern delight, clearly evidenced in Louisiana bread pudding souffle, sweet potato pecan pie, and bananas Foster. Group sing-a-longs get the energy up at night.
