SUMMERLAND.   Having breakfast at this charming, clapboard home (built in 1893) is a real treat, especially when you dine on the outdoor patio. Folks of all ilks turn out for the great menu, which promises plenty of appetizing choices. Try eggs with lox, Belgian waffles, French toast, or eggs with ham, bacon, or sausage. If omelets are more to your liking, the menu includes ones with spinach and brie, artichokes and bacon, or braised pork and tomatillo salsa.
