The company is obviously doing something right, because folks flock to its locations often and don't mind waiting in line for awesome caffeine concoctions. Attentive service also goes far to attract customers, who can't resist sampling the range of decadent desserts, like cheesecake, carrot cake, and "death by chocolate" cake.
