Venison carpaccio updates the classic, and Roquefort souffle finds a nice counterpoint in caramelized Bartlett pears. Main courses include Dijon-crusted rack of lamb, bourbon and maple-glazed duck breast, and pan-roasted bluenose sea bass. Bouchon in Santa Barbara was supposed to be among the local "best". What a disappointment! There's nothing special about the architecture, decor, service or food. Our party of five left feeling ripped-off and disappointed.
