SANTA BARBARA.   This delightful little bistro is a haven for savory French country fare and global cuisine while incorporating whole and organic foods and processes into the menu. It's also affordable, both in regard to entrees and wines. You'll be intrigued by Tuscan primavera & fusilli rice pasta, Asian crusted chicken, Hawaiian nut crusted Mahi-Mahi or the Belgium stuffed salmon. There is also a variety of fresh, crisp salads.
