5. Museum of Fine Arts

Built in 1917, this is the oldest art museum in New Mexico. The permanent collection here has 8,000 works of art that represent the Taos school of artists as well as other American artists. Besides the permanent collection, you will find 12 shows a year that showcase different regional artists.   (© 10Best)
