The Buzz -- More restaurants participate in this event than any other event in Santa Fe. The Fiesta is held to promote Santa Fe as a culinary destination and proceeds benefit a charity. Visitors can attend seminars, wine tastings and cooking demonstrations sponsored by the 60 participating restaurants. Due to state law, no one under the age of 21 is admitted, including infants.
