Although Pasqual's serves great lunches and dinners, breakfast is the specialty. This place is known for its freshly baked breads and chile sauces. Breakfast specialties include the chorizo sausage burritos, and the morning quesadillas. The walls are papered with numerous magazine and newspaper articles on Pasqual's.

Sitting just south of the Plaza, Cafe Pasqual's is no secret, but they have kept fresh with organic ingredients and inventive cuisine.
