10. Tia Sophia's

I would rather eat breakfast or lunch at Tia Sophia's than have an upscale dinner at any other restaurant in Santa Fe. The locals prefer to meet here in the mornings and enjoy authentic New Mexican cuisine. Seating is tight, but the ambiance is that of belonging to the Santa Fe neighborhood. The sopapillas are the best, as are the breakfast burritos and other fare.
