8. The Pink Adobe

I remember the old exciting days of The Pink Adobe. Now it's just a corporate restaurant thats kinda blah blah compared to some of the other places in town. Not sure where they get an average price of $23 dollar entree's, looked like cheapest main course was $23. And $25 for five pieces of fried chicken seemed alittle over the top. My server was Liz, and honestly she didn't seem to care if I lived or died. Place was slow but still took forty-five minuets for our entrees to get out. Overall it was a lack luster experience.

The Pink Adobe is a great local restaurant focusing on New Mexican cuisine. You must visit the Pink Adobe's bar across the alley. The Dragon Room is a very small bar with live Nuevo Flaminco music and the best bowl of Green Chili Stew in the world. We have shared tables with movie producers, famous actors and some of the most colorful locals who treat you like family.
