LOS OLIVOS.   What do Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone have in common with the Central Coast's wine country? Historically, nothing. However, Fess Parker, who played both men on TV and in movies during the 50s and 60s, has firmly established himself as one of the region's top winemakers, and bottlings of his fabulous Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Viognier varietals earn high marks from such publications as "Wine Enthusiast," "Wine Spectator," "Bon Appetite," and "Dallas Morning Star."
