eat til you drop - but no where to shop
Apparently the owners of the mall must be under the impression that Santa Maria is made up of fat people who have no life other than to go out for fast food. Are they going to bring in any nice stores to do some real shopping at?

The "mall" really needs some rejuvenization. There are some good stores, like Fashion Max, Anchor Blue, Sears, Gottchalks, Robisons May, Wet Seal, and Spencers Gifts. Most of the other stores are overpriced jewelry stores, food marts, or wierd knick knacky ones. It's not a bad mall, it just needs some help getting back on its feet, and some new stores willing to stick around.

They close early Friday/Saturday, like 5pm? It seems they could call it Santa Maria loitering center, I’ve never seen so many people just standing around The Sears and Robinson’s May are good stores, in fact the only reason people probably go there.

The mall, as everyone calls it, is pretty boring. You walk in expecting al least a couple new stores, but the same stores always sit there. The only new stores I have seen come in are jewelry stores. Who needs so much jewelry? There are like 4 or 5 of them in there. And to make it worse, the candy factory closed. I was disappointed. I used to get candy all the time when I was younger there. Something new and different should happen quick. Better stores….
