Far Western Tavern

GUADALUPE. Located just west of downtown Santa Maria, Far Western Tavern dates back to 1912 and still exhibits the trappings of that era – leather cowhide curtains, and a veritable hodgepodge of all things Old West. While the famous Suzie Q dinner menu features stalwarts such as herb-glazed barbecued rack of lamb and barbecued filet mignon with grilled polenta, Sunday brunch dazzles with seafood omelets and barbecued sausage with eggs and hash browns. Breakfast dishes are served from 11am till 4pm; brunch is offered on Sunday mornings.
