CENTRO. With scenic views of the water, muted pastel walls, and classic decor, this Santander café embraces tradition. Its patrons run the gamut from college-aged to middle-aged, and they frequent Suizo's because of its quiet and demure atmosphere. The coffee is quite affordable, and the staff is friendly.
