CENTRO. The food at this Santander restaurant is beyond belief, with creative cuisine like a pastry meat pie filled with rabbit and a green olive vinaigrette avocado salad with salmon and prawns. The ambience is almost picture perfect as the restaurant sits across the bay area and provides a panoramic view of the shoreline. El Mirador de Castelar is a great dining experience day or night.
